Can a car sale be overturned when the seller have submitted the ownership release to DMV??
I just sold a car. I submitted ownership release to DMV online last night, but the buyer said he found a mechanical problem and he wants his money back. It is clearly not my fault. Is there any way he can overturn the car sale??
